Trolltech Shares Experimental Projects with User Community

Trolltech Labs Now Online

Oslo, 26 February - 2007 - Trolltech today announced the launch of Trolltech Labs – a new online portal that presents Trolltech’s experimental development projects to the general user community for discussion and feedback. Trolltech Labs is now live and available at http://labs.trolltech.com/.

Trolltech Labs is an online portal for sharing experimental projects with Trolltech’s commercial users and the open source community. It provides a sneak peak into new and ongoing research and development projects underway at Trolltech, and more importantly, provides a forum for two-way discussion, feedback and sharing of ideas surrounding these projects. Trolltech Labs is not intended for commercial use, but acts as a breeding ground for new ideas. The code shared in Trolltech Labs may become part of the core Qt® or Qtopia® products, evolve into an add-on product released under Qt Solutions, grow into a new standalone product, or may not graduate from the Labs at all.
