Abstract
Squish by froglogic is the leading and most advanced cross-platform automated GUI testing tool for Qt applications offering a complete testing framework ranging from recording, editing and debugging test scripts to automating unattended test runs. Squish provides special support for Qt and custom widgets and supports the scripting languages Python, Tcl and JavaScript for its test scripts.
From test scripts the complete Qt API, AUT APIs, specific test APIs and more can be accessed to allow creating robust and flexible tests. Squish/Qt supports testing of applications based on Qt 2.x, 3.x and 4.x on Windows, Linux/Unix Mac OS X and embedded Linux.
